Douglas Wolcik McCann

Douglas Wolick McCann serves as the Outside/Showroom Sales Consultant at Hawkins and Sons Appliance in Elsmere.

His journey in sales began early, as he was promoted to Assistant Manager at a men’s clothing store by the age of 19. Over the next 12 years, Douglas honed his skills in the business world before transitioning to education, where he dedicated 23 years to fostering growth in students and the community. This unique blend of experiences has equipped him with a diverse skill set and profound insight into community engagement.

While successfully managing his full-time career, Douglas pursued higher education and achieved his highest degree: a Master’s in Education. In addition to this, he holds an Associate degree in General Studies, as well as two Bachelor’s degrees in Business Management and Human Resources, with a concentration in Organizational Development.

Throughout his career, Douglas has been actively involved in various boards, committees, and organizations aimed at serving and uplifting the community. He is passionate about making a positive impact and looks forward to continuing his service through his current role on the Delaware Small Business Chamber Board
